Birch & Co. was founded in 1998 by Clara Birch with a single conviction: real estate should be a relationship, not a transaction. What began as a one-agent shop in downtown Maplewood has grown into a trusted boutique brokerage with deep roots across the Pacific Northwest.

We stay deliberately small. Every client works directly with a senior agent — no hand-offs, no assistants standing in for the person you chose. That personal accountability is what keeps our clients coming back, and what keeps them sending their friends.
