Our Story
Birch & Co. Brokerage wasn't created in a boardroom. It was built from experience.
Founder and Principal Broker Odney Joseph knows what it means to start with very little. After immigrating to the United States from Haiti as a teenager, he learned English through evening ESOL classes, earned his GED, later completed his education, and spent years building businesses while teaching himself software development and real estate.
That journey shaped a simple belief: Technology should remove barriers, not create them.
After working in real estate and seeing how many agents were forced to juggle disconnected software, unnecessary overhead, and outdated brokerage models, he decided to build something different. Birch & Co. Brokerage was created around one central idea: Give agents the technology, structure, and support they need without the complexity they don't.
Today, Birch operates as a cloud-based brokerage powered by technology built in-house, designed specifically to simplify transactions, improve efficiency, and allow agents to focus on what matters most: serving people.

Odney Joseph
Principal Broker & Founder

Odney Joseph is a licensed Florida real estate broker, entrepreneur, software engineer, and business builder.
Rather than relying on third-party platforms to operate his brokerage, he designed and developed Birch's internal technology ecosystem himself, creating tools for transaction management, client relationships, operational workflows, automation, and brokerage administration.
His unique combination of real estate experience and software development allows Birch & Co. to continually improve its technology based on the real needs of agents, not generic software built for everyone.

Typography and design standards are intentionally selected to reflect professionalism and luxury presentation.
