As a licensed real estate broker, investor, and software engineer, Odney Joseph brings together real estate execution and modern technology design.
With a background in business and system architecture, he built Birch & Co. Brokerage to address inefficiencies in traditional brokerage models and create a more streamlined environment for agents and clients.
Rather than relying on third-party tools, he designed and built the internal systems that power transaction workflows, client management, and operational tracking.
